When can I expect delivery of my shipment?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5-7 business days from the date the order is confirmed. Delivery will take 7-10 days days from the date of shipment, depending on carrier availability and location. We regret that a delay in shipment may occur if the shipment requires customs clearance or inspection, or if the delay in transit is caused by the carrier.

How can I track my order?

How can I change my delivery address?

How is my order shipped?

Orders are shipped on normal business days, except holidays. All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
